Bad service and unit shuts off when its over 95

Bought this unit at Lowes on 7-5-24 unit didnt last 3 days and it started display ch-34 code and apparently when its more than 95 outside it overheats and this is a protection for the unit. A air conditioner that doesnt work when its hot outside is useless. Iv been dealing with lg for weeks trying to resolve the issue and its been one runaround after the other. I dont normally do reviews but I want buyers to be aware that the customer service is horrible and takes way to long for the simplest of situations. You have to keep your receipts for the life of the warranty even if its registered. I had to go back to the Lowes I purchased from and luckily I was able to receive a invoice of purchase since I used my card to buy it because I didnt keep original Receipt. Since the invoice with all store information and card information and unit model and information dont have the Lowes name and logo on it like a normal receipt they still wont accept it. The store manager is now getting involved with me as well because he finds this to be inexcusable. I dont mind that the unit has issue and I understand that every now and then you will get a lemon but what I find unacceptable Is not backing your product with good service. Service with lg is apparently a issue and I should have done my research before purchasing.

Not happy MAD

Well let me tell you I spent $800 on what I thought was a perfect air conditioner. After two weeks it stopped cooling and I have spent over a week on my phone with Chatbot trying to get someone to fix it so no I am not happy. If someone doesnt help me I will never ever buy an LG product again and I will definitely let people know that when they buy junk you are not there to help.

Repair nightmare

The outside fan shattered after 48 hours of use. To get this taken care of it has taken now over a month. Lots of automated and AI support issues. No real concern for the customer. Its ridiculous that to get a $800 unit repaired or replaced you must give up almost everything including your first born to just wait and wait for what?

What are the guidelines for being replaced

The air conditioner works great but the heater part is absolute trash Air temperature from the heat is 82 degrees. A 1500 watt heater puts out more heat than this.
