I bought for 700 on in September and it still is not working. The LG people did a test with me and say the issue is on my end. They told me its not LG and to hire a vent/ duct cleaning company to see if it fixes the problem but our previous dryer worked fine until we decided to upgrade. I deeply regret the purchase. I called a vent cleaning place and it will cost several hundred dollars to check. They are booked up as well so will be weeks longer.

The delivery of my dryer was postponed for a week because the they couldnt find the dryer. How do you lose a DRYER? Then when they did deliver the dryer they forgot the electrical cord. That delayed the delivery another week. I was then called and told it would be delayed further. How could they possibly NOT HAVE THE CORD I could drive down the street to Home Depot and buy the cord in 20 minutes Of course if I did it they would void the warranty. The people that I dealt with had such a strong accent I couldnt understand a word they said. They were very nice but unfortunately I couldnt understand them. I will NOT be purchasing through LG again

Disappointing warranty

Dryer worked fine until one day it gave error code. Dryer is 4 months old. After troubleshooting and contacting the company for warranty repair I have been using my clothes line for over two weeks. Evidently there are no service technicians in my area so I cant get it fixed. They should not have a warranty if they are not able to honor it. I will end up repairing it myself.

What a mess that dryer was Picked it up on 6/13/24 installed unit and it was inop. call tech support/warrany. a week later thet sent out a tech who was no help at all. the next week yet anther person came out and ordered parts. Two weeks later tech installs partsstill doesnt work Now the tech says its a wiring problem in the housebut i am a mechanical contractor and previosly inspected circuit. The fourth tech just couldnt fihure it out. needless to say its now8/31/24 and im finally getting a refund

Ended up with 2 lemons

Well- they look nice but thats about it Brand new LG washer and dryer from Lowes. Sensor wasnt working at all from day 1 and I should have just allowed it to be the only problem. However upon calling repair they sent out repair person who took it and the washer apart. Since then clothes are pilling from both I can see where threads are being pulled into dryer vent area and messing up clothing. Neither Lowes nor Lg take responsibility. I now have a washer AND dryer I put good money into that are not functioning within a year because the repair man says theres nothing wrong with them diagnostically.

LG will cancel delivery without reason

Logistics provider simply refused to deliver my dryer without reason and LG customer care cancelled my order without reason. We stayed 3 weeks without dryer and I took 2 days off work to wait dryer delivery and installation just to receive a refund without an apology? Since my consumer rights were violated I will continue weekly to order dryers and will move to the legal options. Great job LG customer care.

I have not yet received the dryer I purchased on 7/27/24 so I cant review the dryer. The delivery service RXO has been bad. Now I understand why the delivery was free when ordering directly from LG. The original delivery date was canceled and when I called to see if they could get my dryer delivered earlier than the new options they were giving me they said they were not able to help. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but I have not been given a delivery window as promised. I tried to use the chat to find out but it disconnected. I tried their email address lastmileordersrxo.com but I just received a notice that my email was undeliverable.

It takes 2 cycles of whatever setting I needed like towels. And yes we keep our lint trap cleaned out. Im always afraid of starting a fire. We seem to have issues with all the LG products we buy from Home Depot. And they dont repair their products. We have to find a repair man and pay for repairs on a dryer or stove we bought 3 months ago. Its not right.

Stopped working and repairing didnt work.

I bought this a couple of years ago and it stopped working after the warranty period expired. After spending 350 dollars on repairs it still wouldnt worked and I had to purchase a new one.

You product is trash and your customer service sucks I have had my washer just over 3 months and this week will be the 5th time that I have had to take time off from work to sit with a LG technician that cant find the leak. At what point do you replace the washer nobody can answer the question

Long Lasting dryer

I love this dryer. I have 2 different homes and have the exact LG dryer at both my homes. This brand has outlasted any brands I purchased in the past. The towel setting completely dries the towels first time around.

Mediocre dryer

Very disappointed Controls are terrible. Only one function heavy duty does a decent job of drying and you need to reset it every time to very dry All other functions only use medium heat and clothes are always damp when it stops I have numerous LG products and this is the first that was a mistake to buy

Not a great machine

I originally bought the matching washing machine during the Pandemic so we bought what was available We later bought the matching dryer. The dryer is a good appliance dries fast and has not dramatically increased my electric bill - my previous dryer was gas. I will say that the fit and finish are less than 5 star. the plastic surround of the lint filter catches on clothing with lace every time. When I called to get a replacement part I was not impressed with the knowledge of the Customer Service rep. After 40 minutes on the phone she sent me a link on How to pull out the lint filter. After another 20 minutes she ordered me a replacement part - for me to install on my new machine - the part has been on back order for over a month now. When and if I ever get teh part I will need to take apart several pieces to repalce the part with no guarantee that the filace-snagging gap will be improved. My suggestion - do not buy this dryer.

Not a great dryer and terrible customer service.

I bought this dryer 2 years ago. Recently when I went to get my clothes out of the dryer there was a huge hole in the drum. I contacted LG and they said the part was covered under warranty but we would have to pay for labor and needed to use one of their technicians. When we contacted the technician we were told it would be $300 just to come out and look at the dryer. At that point it made more sense to just purchased a new dryer. LG should have replaced the part and fixed it for free. I will never buy a product from them again.

Ive had this machine for a few months and have had a technician out multiple times because we keep getting d80 error. No blockage was found this machine was installed in a new home so no clogs from our old machine are possible. We had our plumber shorten the exhaust as well and still getting an error. Technician did not resolve the issue reached out to LG multiple times with no solution

Ive had the washer 2.5 weeks and it does a wonderful job of drying clothes my only disappointment is the lack of drum light. Its very hard to see inside the dryer the light is the only reason I did not give 5 stars
