Poor warranty service - its less than a month

Warranty service is poor. We received the product and had scratches. We requested warranty replacement for top surface. We received two separate parts and both were used parts not the new one. We pointed out the grease and scratches to technician and he said this how LG makes Warranty service is poor if its third party then something is not right as they must have received new part.

It has scratched surface. We called LG support. They sent two top mount to replace. Both of them were USED products and visible mark of scratches and grease. Technician said this what LG makes. Wow Brand new warranty replacement with grease and scratch marks ? Unbelievable. We like the product but service is very bad. Not sure what future holds.

Stovetop clicking snd popping

I have owned my stove top for about a year now and after about the first 6 months two of the burners started to click when at low heat and after stove is off the stove would pop in a low tone. I have be trying to get the issue resolved through Best Buy they could not help and told me to call the manufacturer. I did this and I am waiting for ordered parts. I have been trying to get this resolved since February. Very disappointed.

Shipped with a broken igniter. Been getting the runaround since December 29th. As of today 6 weeks later still have a broken igniter with many hours wasted on the phone. I escalated this issue 3 levels in customer service and all I get is the lip service or promises that are not kept. The latest is well be there Friday. This is not what I expected from LG especially since I switch all my appliances to LG.

Shipped with a broken igniter. Since December 29th trying to get the issue resolved but without luck and just a major runaround. Warranty service is subpar at best. Ive escalated 3 levels and promised it would be taken care of this time. As of today 6 weeks later only a promised upcoming appointment.

Griddle me happy 12/22/2023

Very happy with this product. This cooktop is a vast improvement over our old builder grade cooktop that have had since we moved in. Since this is a more powerful cooktop than our old one we have had to adjust our cooking style so that we do not burn the food. Of course this is not the fault of the unit at all. And the griddle that comes with it is fantastic. Note that the gridle is not non-stick so you will need to take that into account when using it. Not that I mind this at all as I really am not a fan of non-stick to start with.

Ordered this stove during Black Friday and original order was scheduled for home delivery on Nov 30th. My online order still calls out In-Home delivery Nov 30th. Interacted with LG Customer Care Team and they informed delivery date will be updated once it leaves the factory target date was Dec 7. Contacted 3rd party carries and they stated they would book delivery once they received the stove from LG. 3rd party carrier placed a tentative date of Dec 19. Was then told delivery would occur on Dec 20th. Received a call from 3rd party carrier that they had no resources to deliver rep stated her guess was nobody wants to work for them and now my scheduled delivery is Jan 2nd. Very hard to write a review of product when 1 - I have not received the cook top 2 - Multiple reschedule dates that required to stay at home and 3 - Being asked to review product when I have not even received the product. Completely disappointed with Customer Care Team and 3rd party carrier. Finally - I have written to customer service and there has been no direct contact with me. Frustrated disappointed and questioning your dedication to your Brand.

Honestly it is very good but 1 the grilles are not mark properly to indicate their individual placement as well the disk for each burner. This caused some issues with the flame and the scratches from trying them to fit.
