It looks nice, but I wish it was a soft close door. It sounds like it's being slammed shut every time you close it. Moisture collects in between the glass on the door. I had a cosmetic issue with the first one. Their customer service is top notch. They took care of my issue and I had a replacement one in a week. I like that it's fingerprint resistant.

We have lived in our house for 3 years and had the original microwave replaced once. We actually had the same problems (door wouldn't open/close, clock numbers first reverted to all "0s") but didn't want to go through the hassle of having the appliance people out again since it was basically working. But now it has moved on to losing parts of the numbers so you don't know how much time is entered or remaining. VERY AGGRAVATING. Tried to check on it today to go ahead and replace (they know it is junk so not worth fixing), but it has been discontinued. As others have mentioned, we have the trim kit so we need to somehow replace this with something that fits. I would love to buy a different brand but then you have to think about resale value on your home. Anyone who has dealt with this and has a suggestion, your help would be appreciated!

Stopped heating after 2 years, no replacement magnetron listed, called to get a part number and was informed that there is no replacement magnetron for this model. So $329 for the microwave and $129 for the trim, would I recommend this product? You do the math!

Ordered all new kitchen appliances-this was first to arrive. Good shape on arrival. First of all NO HANDLE-what gives only microwaves with handles are the for above ranges. Pain in the behind to push in the difficult button to open. Every so often when I open or close the door the microwave beeps and the clock feature goes to 0.00 and needs to be reset-very aggravating.

I bought this as a replacement for the exact same model, which only last 3 years. It fits into the cabinet cut out above the counter top as designed by the builder of our home 17 years ago, and this is the only one that fits into the area, unless we modify the cabinet. This is our 5th version. I am hoping this one lasts longer.

Purchased this product for two reasons, one to replace a Sharp brand that failed, and two, match our refrigerator that is black stainless. The product is smooth and quiet running. There is some difficulty with opening and closing the door. Every once in awhile, the clock display disappears, strange.

We bought this to be installed into our new home. We also purchased the trip kit, so that it looks like it is built in. It works great, and best of all, fingerprints wipe right off! We LOVE the black stainless!!! (don't look at the fridge....this was a loaner until ours was delivered)
