Let's start with the pros: The stainless steel body and square shape is beautiful and sturdy. The carafe is large at 64 oz. and it is quieter than other blenders I've had. It made salsa in seconds and it makes a beautiful velvety purée. The blades are serrated and blends ingredients very quickly. There is only one con to this blender so far, and that is it shuts itself off after 60 seconds so that it doesn't overheat. I found this out when I did the initial cleaning with soap and water. I don't care for this feature, however, with as quickly and efficiently it plows thru ingredients I can't imagine anything that would need to be blended that long anyway. I literally buzzed up salsa in 15 seconds. I can't speak to how well it crushes ice, I rarely ever need to do that. Overall, I am pleased with this blender so far.

I love the sleek look and size of this blender but I'm so disappointed in its ability to chop up ice cubes for smoothies! I even purchased an ice tray that creates tiny cubes thinking that would help-it unfortunately did not.

This is beautiful blender for the money and the performance is outstanding!

This GE blender has a very generous 64 oz capacity, blends and crushes ice well. It is easy to clean and store due to the self-contained cord storage. It has a modern design, yet is easy to operate with the dial on the front and basic buttons, rather than a digital display. It is very handy to have at my disposal for making smoothies in the morning.

Full-size (2L) blender has three controls (on/off, speed, pulse). It has a feature which turns off automatically. Good for smoothies with frozen fruit. Affordable, sleek looking product. Great quality, easy to clean.

We love this blender. So far we have made fruit smoothies using both frozen and fresh fruit, spinach, kale, ice cubes, chia seeds, flax seeds, yogurt and peanut butter. Everything has mixed super fast and smooth. It isn't nearly as loud as our old blender (however it is still loud) and takes less time to blend. We have used it to make salsa as well and that came out perfectly.

This is a great blender. I recently replaced an older one and was glad that I did! The blender is extremely easy to clean--most of it is dishwasher safe. In addition, the blade remains attached to the base--this is much safer! I can't tell you how many times I've cut myself using other brands where you take the blade out. The base is very sturdy and has suction cups that give it great stability. All in all a great blender.

So far, I have nothing to complain about. The blades are sharp, container is big (with a measuring scale on the side front and center). I really like the top cover of the container, there is a removable cap to pour liquid and even powders in while blending. There is the obvious on/off switch as well a pulse switch. On the bottom are suction cups to hold the blender in place while blending. I, thus far, have no complaints.

If you are looking for a blender that really works, this one is for you. It comes with two back suction cups that keep the machine in place on your countertop. The blade is serrated so it really pulverizes the food. With 1000 watts of power it is a dedicated work horse. Other blenders I have used have not blended evenly. This one creates like a vortex that pulls the food down for even texture. I is great for fruit and veggies. I use it for smoothies in the morning.

I love this GE blender! It has 1000 watts of power. The jar is 72 0z witch hold a lot of ice cream for about 6 shakes. Easy cleanup just pop in the dishwasher. Powerful 5 speeds. Design looks great in kitchen! Thank you for making another great product GE!

It is made by GE so it's great quality of course! I love that you can use blender cups with it and attach them right to it to avoid extra dishes or having to have a separate blender. It has many speeds to accommodate whatever you want to make!

This GE Blender is a 1000 watt blender, has various settings to make blending, pureeing, and crushing ice easy. The controls are easy to use. This blender breaks down ingredients with ease The large 64 oz blender jar makes it very convenient in making large batches. I can make a large batch of smoothies and pour them into individual cups and freeze. I just take it out and put in the refrigerator and I am good to go in the morning. I appreciate the suction cup feet that help to keep the blender in place. I also like the stainless steel look to it.

This GE Blender works flawlessly. It's very simple to operate and the control settings are easy to use. It has five speed settings.This machine is great for blended fruit and veggies. I also use the ice crushing mode by pressing down on the on/off button for 3 seconds on any speed. My little girl likes her ice like that. I'm a satisfied customer.

This is a full size blender from GE with a powerful 1000 watt motor which is much stronger than my old blender. In order to have that much power, the motor takes up space so the base is pretty large. When the pitcher is on top, it barely fits under my top kitchen cabinets. The controls are basic, just increase up from 1 through 5 (there is also a pulse option). So far, it has made great milk shakes and margaritas! I am a little concerned about the longevity since the pitcher seems to be light weight plastic as is the blade gear on the bottom of the pitcher that connects it to the base. The parts of the pitcher do not come apart but the entire pitcher is dishwasher safe.

She's a smooth operator! I fell in love with this GE blender within the first use. It's simple and very easy to operate. I made a smoothie using apple juice and a bag of frozen vegetables and fruit. It blended beautifully and tasted great. You have to purchase the accessories (cups) separately. I'm packing up my current one and putting in under the cabinet. Love this!

I fell in love with this GE blender within the first use. It has a beautiful flawless design. It's very easy to use and it runs smoothly. I didn't have to cover my ears. I like the fact that I can operate it with absolutely no issues. It blends well. Love it!

This blender is great! I have had a few blenders as I am an avid smoothie guy and this one did not disappoint. Most of the blenders I have used in the past an never fully mix my fruit and ice but this guy chopped everything so finely and precise my smoothie was actually smooth. I'm sold GE got it right.

All I can say about this is it is the best blender I have ever owned! Chopped up ingredients for cooking and also made a mean smoothie! Super powerful and easy to clean as well. I think this is by far one of the greatest blenders.

I was almost 100% happy with this GE blender. The design is slick and easy to store. It did turn off by itself, which I found annoying. Don't think it's fit for intense blending. Probably better suited for smoothies.

I love this blender. It is so strong and powerful. It is simple to use and has 5 speed settings. The blades are strong and sharp. It blends up ice, fruit and protein shakes so well. It is by far the best blender I have ever used. The only thing I don't care for is that the base unit has 2 suction cups to hold it to my counter top. Since I move my blender around to store it, I wish I had the option to remove those 2 suction cups. Otherwise I have no major complaints and I would recommend this blender to a friend.

This blender is awesome. My daughter loves having nightly smoothies made at home. It's safe enough for her to use it and make what she wants. Although remember the blades are sharp and will cut you pretty easily. Haven't made anything else but smoothies this past week.

I LOVE this blender, I've always wanted a high powered blender from a different brand but the price was out of my budget. This blender performs great. The wattage is high enough to easily blend anything, including ice. But it also works really great for smoothies with frozen fruit! I am looking forward to making some soup with it. It is super easy to use, easy to clean and easy to take apart for cleaning. The carafe is shaped like a square, allowing for much more room to make more smoothies at once. Bonus points that this is a GE product, which I trust will be and remain very high quality for years to come! I am thrilled to own this wonderful appliance!

This blender works. It is not great. The base is compact so it takes little counter space. The lid is hard to get on and off. Two of the four feet are suction cups and once I set it down on my counter it takes some effort to move it.

This blender has a compact base that doesn't take up a lot of counter space. The top is a great size (2L) for smoothies and connects solidly to the base. Over all, very comfortable to use and easy to clean. The reason I don't give it a 5-star rating is the lid--it is not easy to lift if I need to stir or add items, and it has a small cap on the top which comes off to reveal three small (about 1/8 inch) holes which may allow pressure to escape but are useless for adding liquid. The worst aspect of this cap is that if it is not fastened very tightly it will easily fall off. I discovered this when mine fell into the blender and got chewed up. I have been using blenders for 50 years and this is the poorest design for a lid that I can remember.

I have only used this blender twice now but it is the bomb!
Replaced a glass blender and love this light weight container.
