Thought I was getting a quality product...jokes on me. Doors were not even, food on fridge side will freeze if touching wall nearest freezer, dispensed water is not cold, is loud, can hear fans running 24/7. If I had it to do over I would have went with what we originally had, but wanted to save some money. I guess money does talk.

Needing to downsize, I found a home for my previous refrigerator and I am very happy with having purchased this side by side Frigidaire refrigerator. I have had no issues with the filtering system and the water tastes just fine. I also appreciate how the crushed ice really is crushed ice. This refrigerator is working out well for me and I hope it continues to.

The initial problems could have mostly been solved by a more comprehensive owner's manual. The ice maker took 3 days to start filling the compartment normally, which makes you think it's somehow defective, the manual warns about a mechanical stop but has no illustrations to show what it is talking about (and this is a new type of icemaker that has no online material that helps). The digital controls are mentioned but it doesn't say where they are located specifically (they simply are not as obvious as Frigidaire thinks they are).

Refrigerator compartment is too narrow and deep, continually loosing things in the back! Hate it! But we are limited with the space we have in the kitchen! Suggest making freezer side narrower to accommodate for more accessible refrigerator space!

This unit broke down after 2 weeks from installation. waited almost 2 months for replacement parts with no refrigerator. 5 months after that repair it broke again. Another month of no refrigerator waiting on parts, then 2 days after that repair it broke again. another month of waiting for parts and another repair. it is now making very loud violent vibrating noises and the repair tech has no idea how to fix it. Frigidaire warranty department seems to not care about the defective unit or helping me get this resolved.

We ordered it in black, and I was worried it would be gaudy or too shiny, but it's quite nice! We had a French door before so switching to the side by side definitely feels like we are losing out on usable fridge space.There is no deli drawer, just the 2 'crisper' drawers that don't have adjustable humidity. I don't care about the humidity but the manual states some models have an additional deli drawer, and I would LOVE the option to purchase that! Since there are only 3 shelves and the fridge is so narrow and deep (about 18" deep and 14" wide) there is just so much wasted space where another shelf or a third drawer (deli drawer) would fit best. I did purchase an aftermarket universal type drawer that hangs under one of the included shelves, but they don't really have the storage space of something built-in. The water and ice work fine. The water is room temperature, weird but okay. There is no tray in the door to catch the water and ice spills, and I can't seem to find it as an optional accessory either, so apparently they just never designed one. Both the ice and water dispenser are taking some time to get used to, as they are unpredictable in their intensity. For the meantime I have placed a dishtowel on the floor to catch the one extra ice cube that shoots out onto the floor missing the cup entirely, and the water splashes that I can't seem to avoid yet as I figure out how to pull out my glass slowly enough. Overall I am happy with the fridge, especially for the price. Everything is functioning, it looks nice, and it fits in my space.

We do like the refrigerator - I wish there was a "meat keeper" though. I didn't notice it didn't have one when we purchased. The HUGE downside - is the dang plastic sheeting they put on the appliance for transport. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get it off from behind the ice maker without scratching the appliance. It's overkill if you ask me. We won't buy any other item from Frigidare. We were told that they do this with all there appliances.

I love my new refrigerator. The never ending supply of ice, either crushed or cubes, means I never run out of ice. There is plenty of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer and I love the black color.

Very nice appliance. Visually appealing. My only complaint is there isn™™t much room on the inside. The fridge compartment is narrow and there aren™™t many options to rearrange shelves to make vertical room.

I purchased a home with Oakwood homes in Morehead City, North Carolina and I got all the upgraded Frigidaire appliances! I love this refrigerator so much. Double sided with the beautiful, nice crushed ice and good size cube ones also! I have so many compartments and room to put things in. It is top-of-the-line and I love it so much!! We are enjoying our new fridge. The only downside is there is not a meat drawer or any bins to organize the shelves. We had to buy shelf spacers because otherwise you loose a lot of storage space. We also like the crushed ice option.

My choices were limited due to my space availability for width. I also wanted ice and water. This is my first side by side and I was concerned I wouldn't like it. While it is different I'm getting used to it and I really like it. It's quite, looks good and holds a lot. If you're limited on space this might be worth looking at. I'd recommend it.

I bought this to replace a French door refrigerator. It has less space, but works for our family of two. It is fairly loud for a new appliance. I™™ve seen other reviews stating the same complaint and they all get the same response: this is how new refrigerators sound because they run so efficiently. We™™ll see.

I replaced a Whirlpool which quit making ice. This Frigidaire is much quieter, produces plenty of ice and keeps everything cold or frozen. In fact, I had to turn up the temperature on the refrig side as it was freezing some of my items (my refrig is not very full). I like the flat black exterior.

I bought this fridge to fit in my Moms home from the 60™™s. It had to be 33 inches wide and she wanted double doors side by side freezer and fridge. It had to be black to match the rest of her kitchen and after 4 different appliance stores Frigidaire fit the bill. Its been running a few weeks now and other than a squeaking door and getting used to narrow spaces I am quite happy with this unit so far. I hope it lasts as long as the one I took out of her home.
