Part of our success lies in the philosophy mysteriously expressed in a desktop plaque displayed for decades in the office of Bob Poirier Sr., CEO/CFO. It reads, "JDWYSYWD." When pressed, Mr. Poirier will tell you it is shorthand for "Just Do What You Said You Would Do."
